Applications Now Open for Basic and Community Midwifery Courses
The Kano State College of Nursing Sciences has officially launched the admission portal for its highly anticipated Basic and Community Midwifery Programs. Aspiring students can apply to study at any of the College’s campuses in Kano, Dambatta, Gwarzo, or Madobi.

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the Basic and Community Midwifery Programs, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Requirements: Five credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- These credits should be obtained in no more than two sittings, through WAEC or NECO.
- NABTEB certificates are accepted, but must be from a single sitting.
Applicants for the Community Midwifery program must visit the Kano Campus to collect their application forms in person.

- Visit the Admission Portal: Go to the Kano State College of Nursing Sciences portal.
- Start Your Application: Click on the “Apply” or “Start Application” button.

- Payment: Pay the application fee of ₦5,000 (excluding bank charges) via ATM, bank transfer, or at the bank.
- Complete Registration: After payment, print your payment evidence and continue with the registration process.
- Final Step: Once your application is approved, reprint your acknowledgement slip and await information about the entrance exam.
