- Monday, 9th December – Wednesday, 11th December 2024: Orientation for new 100 Level and Direct Entry students.
- Friday, 20th December 2024 – Friday, 3rd January 2025: Christmas and New Year break (2 weeks).
- Monday, 13th January 2025: Late registration begins, following the release of the first draft of the examination timetable.
- Monday, 27th January – Friday, 31st January 2025: Lectures continue, including a mid-semester test.
- Wednesday, 19th February 2025: Matriculation ceremony for new students.
- Monday, 3rd March – Friday, 7th March 2025: Convocation week (lecture-free days).
- Tuesday, 4th March 2025: Convocation ceremony.
