Ruth Titilayo Foundation Opens 2026 Secondary School Scholarship for Nigerian Students
The Ruth Titilayo Foundation has officially announced the opening of its 2026 Secondary School Scholarship Program, a golden opportunity for bright Nigerian students in state secondary schools to access financial support for their education.
The initiative, designed to ease the financial burden on families, targets students with outstanding academic performance and strong promise for future excellence.
Who Can Apply?
The scholarship is open to students who meet the following requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a state secondary school in Nigeria.
- Must have strong Common Entrance results.
- Must be performing well academically in their current class.
- Must be currently enrolled or have been registered within the past year.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful candidates will receive direct financial support aimed at keeping them in school and helping them excel:
- Tuition allowance: Up to ₦100,000 per academic year.
- Maintenance allowance: Up to ₦15,000.
This financial relief is intended to help students concentrate on learning while reducing the strain on their families.
Application Process
Interested students are required to prepare and submit the following:
- Personal statement – highlighting academic goals, personal motivation, and aspirations.

- Two reference letters from teachers listed on the application form.
