How to Pay Your Acceptance Fee for FUTA 2024/2025 Academic Session: A Step-by-Step Guide

The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), has officially launched the acceptance fee payment process for newly admitted students into the 2024/2025 academic session. If you’ve received your admission offer, here’s what you need to know to secure your spot at the university.

Step-by-Step Guide to Paying Your FUTA Acceptance Fee

1. Visit the FUTA Acceptance Fee Payment Portal
Head over to the official  FUTA Acceptance Fee Payment Portal to begin the process.

2. Log in with Your JAMB Registration Number
Once on the portal, enter your JAMB registration number to log in.

3. Generate Your Payment Reference (RRR)
Scroll down the page and click on the “Generate Now” button to create your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number. This reference number is key to making your payment.

4. Make Your Payment
After generating your RRR, pay the acceptance fee of ₦50,000 using any of the available payment methods on Remita (bank transfer, card payment, etc.).

5. Confirm Your Payment
After completing your payment, double-check to ensure that your payment has been confirmed. This is important to make sure your admission is fully processed.

6. Print Your Admission Letter
Once your payment is confirmed, you can proceed to print your admission letter directly from the same portal.
