ATBU Opens Application for 2024/2025 Change of Course: Here’s What You Need to Know
Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has officially launched the Change of Course application for the 2024/2025 academic session. Starting from Tuesday, November 11, 2024, students looking to switch courses now have the opportunity to do so.
The university’s Vice-Chancellor has given the green light for the process, providing students with a chance to realign their academic paths based on their performance and future goals.
Who Can Apply?
Students with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) between 0.25 and 1.80 are eligible to apply for a course change. Before applying, students are advised to seek guidance from both the Head of the Department (HOD) they are leaving and the HOD of the department they wish to join.
How to Apply?
- Consult the HODs: Speak with both your current and prospective department heads to ensure the change is feasible.
- Use your current results: Applicants should fill out the form based on their second-semester results, unless the semester was deferred.
- Payment Evidence: Ensure that the Change of Course form, which can be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), is submitted alongside proof of payment.
