During the orientation, students will receive their matriculation packages and academic gowns, provided they complete the required payments.

Students must confirm their academic category and pay the correct amount to avoid delays.

How to Generate an Invoice and Make Payment

The University has mandated that all undergraduate and postgraduate students use the ESUT student portal for payment. The process is as follows:

  1. Log in to the ESUT Student Portal.
  2. Select Sundry Fees to generate an invoice for your academic gown and matriculation package.
  3. Proceed to any commercial bank to make the payment using the generated invoice.

Students are strongly advised to complete the invoice step, as skipping it may cause payment issues at the bank.

With this announcement, ESUT ensures that all fresh students are well-prepared for both the orientation and the 45th matriculation ceremony, maintaining the university’s tradition of academic excellence.
