Explanation

Micronucleus is the nucleus that divides severally forming several nuclei when paramecia embark on sexual reproduction when  two paramecia (one strong and a weak one) i.e side by side during sexual reproduction. The mega nucleus labelled il disappears in each Paramecium. Ali the several nuclei formed in each of the two paramecia disappear except two. One of the two nucleimigrates into the opposite Paramecium to become the new mega nucleus. The remaining one nucleus in each of the paramecia becomes the micro nucleus. The two paramecia become strong organ and each continues with asexual reproduction by binary fission. The organelle labelled IV is the posterior contractile vacuole for osmo-regulation.
