Correct Answer
A
Explanation
Limiting factor is any environmental factor which its decrease, increase, absence or presence will limit the growth, metabolic processes or distribution of organisms or populations. When a metabolic process such as photosynthesis(productivity) is affected by more than one factor, the law if limiting factors states that the rate of metabolic process is limited by that factor that has minimum value. The rate of productivity in an aquatic environment is affected by sunlight, water,- carbon (iv) oxide and temperature. Food therefore is not a factor.
