CZygospore is the product of sexual reproduction in fungi egRhizopus. Two hyphae from different mycelia lie side by sideproducing progametangio. Each gametangium divides into a suspensor and a gametangium.The wall between the two gametangia dissolves and their nuclei fuse to form azygote which becomes covered by hard material to become a zygospore. Asexualreproduction in fungus results in the formation of spores borne by sporangiumwhich is the swollen portion of a vertical hypha called sporangiophore.Conidiospores are spores formed asexually in a fungus called Penicillium.Conidiospores are carried by the vertical hypha called conidiophore.
