LAUTECH Announces Document Verification for New Students: What You Need to Know
The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) in Ogbomoso is set to begin an essential Document Verification Exercise for all newly admitted candidates for the 2024/2025 academic session. This vital process will run from Wednesday, October 23, to Friday, November 15, 2024.

What Happens Next?
After successfully verifying your documents, you’ll be able to proceed to the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Centre for biometric data capturing. This step is important for issuing your matriculation number, marking your official entry into university life.
Where and When to Verify
Location: The verification will take place at “THE HALL,” located next to the Post Graduate School.
Time: Daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Documents You Need to Bring
To ensure a smooth verification process, please prepare the following documents:
- O’ Level results (uploaded on JAMB CAPS)
- A’ Level or other relevant results (for Direct Entry candidates, also uploaded on JAMB CAPS)
- Original JAMB result slip
- Letter of provisional offer of admission from LAUTECH
- Receipt of payment for acceptance of admission
Steps After Verification
Once your documents are verified, you’ll access the LAUTECH portal to complete your payment. Following payment, visit the ICT Centre for biometric data capturing to finalize your registration and secure your matriculation number.
