The Kwara State University (KWASU) has officially announced the commencement of full academic activities at its Ilesha-Baruba Campus for the 2025/2026 academic session. This marks another major milestone in the institution’s ongoing effort to strengthen its multi-campus system and promote inclusive access to higher education across the state.
Established in 2008 and operational since 2009, KWASU was founded by an Act of Law to operate multiple campuses in Malete, Osi, and Ilesha-Baruba. Now, all eyes turn to Ilesha-Baruba, where the university is set to begin a new chapter focused on agricultural and veterinary sciences.
