IAUE Releases 2025/2026 Admission Clearance and Acceptance Fee Guidelines
Following the release of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session, the University Management has officially published detailed guidelines for acceptance fee payment, clearance, and registration for newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates.
According to the institution, the clearance exercise will begin on Monday, September 22, 2025, and will run in a dual-mode system (online and physical) designed to ease the process and reduce crowd congestion.
Step 1: Confirm Admission on JAMB CAPS
- Log in to the JAMB CAPS portal.
- Accept your admission offer.
- Print the following in color:
- JAMB Admission Letter
- JAMB Result Slip
Note: These documents will be authenticated during verification.
Step 2: Pay IAUE Acceptance Fee
- Pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦50,000 online via Pay-Direct, MasterCard, or Verve at the IAUE Enterprise Schools Portal.
- Keep the receipt for clearance verification.
Deadlines for Acceptance Fee Payment:
- First Batch: October 14, 2025
- Second Batch: October 24, 2025
Failure to accept admission and pay within the deadline will lead to forfeiture of admission.
Step 3: Update Bio-Data
All admitted candidates must update their bio-data information via the IAUE portal.
Step 4: Faculty Clearance (From September 22, 2025)
Candidates must report to their Faculty Conference Hall with the following key documents:
- Acceptance Form, Departmental Eligibility Form, Provisional Admission Letter, and Admission Status (all from IAUE Portal)
- Receipts for Acceptance, Faculty/Departmental dues, and Campus Communication charges
- Original JAMB Admission Letter and Result Slip
- NIN Slip (including sponsor’s NIN for candidates aged 16–18)
- Birth Certificate/Age Declaration and LGA Certificate
- Four file jackets and four passport photographs
- O’Level Result (WASSCE/NECO) and additional results for Direct Entry candidates (NCE, OND, NABTEB)
- Identity Card Clearance Form, Bio-Data Printout, and Professional Services Clearance documents (Medical, Anti-Cultism/Drug Book, ICT levy, Biometrics Data Capture, etc.)
Step 5: Verification and Clearance Approval
- JAMB Admission Letter and Result Slip will be verified via QR Code scanning at the ICT desk.
- Once cleared, the IAUE portal will automatically generate an Admission Clearance Approval Notice and a Faculty Clearance Approval Notice.
- Both notices must be printed and inserted into the student’s file jacket before submission.
Step 6: Campus Communication Network (CCN) Registration
All candidates must register a Glo SIM card with ICT/Glo personnel at the designated point for the university’s communication network.
Step 7: Payment of School Fees
After clearance, students are required to pay their school fees online via the official IAUE portal. (Click here for the official School Fees Schedule).
Special Notes for Candidates
- Candidates who do not wish to proceed with their admission must formally reject it on JAMB CAPS.
- Candidates admitted into Vocational & Technical Education and Agriculture are to complete clearance at the Rumuolumeni Campus (Home Economics, Tourism & Hospitality Building) before moving to the Ndele Campus for academic activities.
