GUMED 2025/2026 Post-UTME & Direct Entry Form Now Out

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences

  • B.NSc. Nursing

  • B.Sc. Radiography and Radiation Sciences
  • B.Sc. Pharmacology
  • B.MLS. Medical Laboratory Science
  • O.D. Optometry
  • DPT. Physiotherapy

Who Is Eligible?

For UTME Candidates:

To apply via UTME, you must:

  • Choose GUMED as your First Choice in your 2025 JAMB.
  • Score at least 150 in the UTME.
  • Have five (5) O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (in not more than two sittings).
  • Upload your O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal.
  • Didn’t pick GUMED in JAMB? You can easily make a change of institution through the JAMB portal.

For Direct Entry Applicants:

You must:

  • Choose GUMED as First Choice in your JAMB Direct Entry application.
  • Possess one of the following: A-Level, OND, HND, JUPEB, IJMB, or a relevant B.Sc. degree.
  • Meet any of the following minimum requirements:
    • Second-class lower division (for BSc holders)
    • Lower credit (OND/HND)
    • Three points (JUPEB/IJMB)

How to Apply for GUMED Admission 2025

  2. Visit the official GUMED application portal.
  3. Fill out the application form carefully.
