FUOTUOKE Opens Application for Inter and Intra Faculty Transfers
Bayelsa State’s Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) has officially opened applications for Inter and Intra Faculty Transfers for eligible students. The University Registrar has released comprehensive guidelines to ensure a smooth and transparent transfer process.
Eligibility and Requirements
Students interested in transferring must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50.
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 online.
- Obtain the official transfer form from the Office of the Registrar after payment.
Application Process
- Complete the transfer form accurately and submit it to your current Head of Department.
- The form will be processed through both the Departmental and Faculty Boards of your current and intended programmes.
- Senate approval is required before transferring. Students cannot move to the new programme until confirmation is received via the designated Senate Officer.
- Once approved, students must regularise their new programme with JAMB prior to graduation.
Registrar’s Advisory
Students are urged to ensure all information is correct before submission. Not all transfer requests may be approved, and any transfer outside the official process will be deemed invalid.
