ESUT Post-UTME 2025: Online Screening Begins — See Cut-Offs, Deadline & How to Apply

If you selected Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) as your first choice for the 2025 UTME—or plan to switch to ESUT—here’s your green light: the school has officially opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry online screening portal for the 2025/2026 academic session.

No travel. No written exams. 100% online. All you need is your basic details, credentials, and a stable internet connection.

But don’t delay — the deadline is 31st August 2025. Once the portal closes, there’s no second chance.

Who Can Apply?

• Scored 160 or above in the 2025 UTME? You’re eligible.
• Didn’t choose ESUT initially? No worries—just log into your JAMB profile and switch your first choice to ESUT.
• Direct Entry (DE) candidates can apply too, but make sure your transcripts and academic records are submitted on time.

Step-by-Step: How to Apply

1. Visit the ESUT portal
2. Under “Regular Students,” click 2025/2026 Admission Screening Registration
3. Enter your UTME Registration Number, click Proceed
4. Input your email address and phone number, click Continue
5. Generate your payment invoice. You can:
   • Pay online with your ATM card
   • Or pay at the bank via eTranzact
6. After payment, return to the portal and click Continue Registration
7. Re-enter your UTME number
8. Fill in your O’Level results (ensure accuracy)
9. Review all details carefully
10. Click Submit
11. Print your Acknowledgement Slip

Screening Fee: ₦2,000 only

Important Notes for All Applicants

• No physical test or exam — it’s strictly an online screening.
• Awaiting WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results? You can still apply. But ESUT won’t accept results submitted after 30th September 2025.
• Name mismatch between documents? Resolve it now to avoid disqualification.
• Upload your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS — without it, no admission will be processed.

Direct Entry Applicants Must Also:

• Complete the online screening form
• Upload all A-level and academic credentials
• Ensure your transcript is sent to:
  The Registrar, ESUT, Enugu
• Drop a copy physically at the Admissions Office
