Who Qualifies for Clearance?

Only candidates who meet the specified criteria will be eligible for departmental clearance. It’s crucial to understand these requirements to avoid any last-minute surprises.

Industrial Training (IT) Requirements

• Effective Graduation Date: The completion of Industrial Training must align with the effective graduation date on your National Diploma (ND) notification, not just the graduation session.
• Duration Based on Grades:
• Candidates with a Pass Grade must complete 24 months of Industrial Training.
• Candidates with higher grades need only 12 months of training.

Morning Programmes Eligibility

Important note for candidates:

• Those with ND Pass Grade results graduating in 2023 or those graduating at any time in 2024 will not be eligible for morning programs in this session.
