Federal Polytechnic Bali Announces 2024/2025 Long Vacation (Summer Semester) Programme – Registration and Lecture Dates Released
Federal Polytechnic Bali has officially announced the commencement of its Long Vacation Programme, also known as the Summer Semester, for the 2024/2025 academic session.
This development followed the decision of the Academic Board (AcB) during its 54th regular meeting held between November 4 and 6, 2025, where the board approved the conduct of the programme to help students remedy failed courses and stay on track academically.
According to the institution’s circular, registration for the Summer Semester will begin on November 10, 2025, and will run for two weeks. All departments and students are therefore advised to take note of this schedule and strictly adhere to the programme’s conditions and timelines.
In preparation for the exercise, departments have been directed to prepare refresher lecture timetables ahead of students’ registration. The two-week refresher lectures are scheduled to hold from November 16 to November 29, 2025, after which examinations will take place from December 1 to December 6, 2025.
The management further emphasized the importance of the programme, urging all concerned students to seize the opportunity to revisit and pass previously failed courses, ensuring steady academic progress.
Departments have also been instructed to disseminate this information widely to all eligible students and encourage prompt registration to avoid any inconvenience.
