Babcock University Releases Official 2025/2026 Resumption Schedule for Freshers
Babcock University, one of Nigeria’s leading private universities, has officially announced the resumption dates for newly admitted 100 Level and Direct Entry students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the university’s management, the staggered resumption schedule has been carefully designed to ensure a smooth, stress-free registration process across its campuses.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

- Veronica Adeleke School of Social Sciences

Arrival Guidelines for Main Campus Students
On arrival, all new students assigned to the main campus are expected to follow these steps:
- Proceed to your hall of residence for room and bed space allocation.
- Move to the University Stadium for verification of documents, including:
- JAMB Admission Letter
- Evidence of payment
- Biometric capture for the University Smart ID card
- Continue to the University Amphitheatre for:
- Medical and psychosocial tests
- Spiritual care and Worship Centre allocation
- Attend the General Orientation session at the Amphitheatre.
Arrival Guidelines for Iperu Campus Students
Students in Law, Engineering, and Environmental Sciences will resume at the Iperu Campus.
- Report first to Canopy 1 on the open field for directions.
- Proceed to your allocated room and collect your bed space.
- Verification and biometric capture take place at the indoor sports facility.
- Attend medical, psychosocial, and spiritual care sessions at Christ Our Foundation Chapel.
- Conclude with the General Orientation at the Iperu Campus.
Documents and Personal Items Required
Each student must arrive with the following:
- Original JAMB Admission Letter, WAEC/NECO result, and proof of school fees payment.
- Birth Certificate (from National Population Commission) or affidavit of age declaration.
- Essential personal items such as bedsheets, pillowcases, toiletries, bucket, towels, and study materials.
- Dress Code:
- Females: modest corporate attire with skirts below the knee.
- Males: shirts and ties.
Prohibited Items:
Jeans, short skirts, cooking appliances, personal furniture, jewellery, and coloured make-up kits.
Acceptance Fee Details
- ₦200,000 – Most Courses
- ₦300,000 – Law and Nursing
- ₦500,000 – Medicine
Note: The acceptance fee is non-refundable and forms part of the total tuition fee.
How to Pay the Acceptance Fee
- Upload your JAMB admission letter through the portal.
- Proceed to pay the acceptance fee online.
- Print your payment receipt.
- Complete your Acceptance Form on the portal.
Final Admission Process
Babcock University also noted that the final phase of the 2025/2026 admission process is ongoing. Candidates who have not yet received their admission offers will be included in the final batch once confirmed on JAMB CAPS. Such candidates are advised to resume immediately after their admission letters are released.
