The management of Niger Delta University (NDU) has officially rolled out the online clearance and acceptance fee payment procedures for newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.   1. Visit the NDU fees portal and click on “Newly Admitted Student.”
  2. Enter your Post-UTME email and JAMB registration number.
  3. Activate your account using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email.
  4. Sign in again and generate your acceptance e-teller.
  5. Make payment online and print your receipt.
  6. Proceed to the NDU clearance portal  and select “Start Clearance.”
  7. Fill in the clearance form provided.
  8. Pay your school fees through the NDU fees portal.
  9. Upload all required documents.
  10. Print confirmation slips and receipts.
  11. Submit printed documents to your department for physical verification.
  12. Upon successful checks, print your official admission letter and clearance certificate.

NDU Acceptance Fee Structure (2025/2026)

The acceptance fee—also called matriculation fee—is compulsory and non-refundable. The approved charges are as follows:

  • Year One Students: ₦40,000
    • Additional ₦100,000 professional levy for College of Health Sciences.
  • Direct Entry Students:
    • ₦150,000 — Faculty of Law
    • ₦120,000 — College of Health Sciences
