FUOTUOKE Opens Supplementary Post-UTME Form for 2025/2026 Admission — Apply Before Deadline
The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) has officially announced the sale of its Supplementary Post-UTME form for the 2025/2026 academic session. This gives students who are still seeking admission a golden opportunity to secure a spot before the window closes.
Applications are already ongoing, and interested candidates are advised to apply early. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
Who Can Apply for FUOTUOKE Supplementary Post-UTME?
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- First-choice candidates: Those who chose FUOTUOKE as their first choice in UTME and scored 150 and above.
- Change-of-institution candidates: Candidates who did not initially select FUOTUOKE but scored 150 and above can also apply, provided they first change their choice of institution to FUOTUOKE on the JAMB portal.
- Change-of-course candidates: Applicants who applied earlier but were not offered admission into their preferred programmes can reapply, but they must also complete a change of course on the JAMB portal.

Faculty of Education: Chemistry Education, Computer Science Education, Economics Education, History Education, Mathematics Education, Physics Education.
Faculty of Engineering: Mechatronic Engineering.
Faculty of Humanities: Philosophy.
Faculty of Management Sciences: Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Faculty of Science: Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics.
Faculty of Social Sciences: Library and Information Science, Social Work.
How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Supplementary Post-UTME
- Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 using an Interswitch Verve or MasterCard.
- After payment, candidates should complete the application form online via the official FUOTUOKE portal.
Required Documents for Upload
Applicants must upload the following during registration:
- Recent passport-sized photograph (digital format).
- Original UTME result slip for 2025.
- O’Level result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
- Local Government Area of Origin certificate.
- Birth certificate or age declaration.
Important Instructions for Applicants
- Use the same name order as in JAMB records.
- Provide a valid email and active phone number.
- Double-check all details before submission. The university will not take responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information.
- Candidates making false claims regarding UTME scores, O’Level results, or state of origin will be disqualified immediately.

The application portal will officially close on September 23, 2025.
