Basic Requirements

  • Professor: Ph.D. or equivalent fellowship with at least three years as Reader.
  • Reader: Ph.D. or equivalent, with at least three years as Senior Lecturer.
  • Senior Lecturer: Ph.D. plus three years as Lecturer I.
  • Lecturer I & II: Ph.D. or equivalent, with varying years of teaching experience.
  • Assistant Lecturer: Minimum of a Master’s degree with coursework and thesis.
