  • Etche
  • Ikwerre

Eligible towns and villages include:
Choba, Rumuola, Umuokwa, Egwi, Mbodo-Aluu, Elelenwo, and other recognized host communities.

Basic Eligibility Checklist

To qualify, you must:

  • Be Nigerian
  • Be a 100-level full-time student in a federal or state university
  • Have at least 5 O’Level credits including English and Mathematics
  • Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 5.0 scale
  • Not be benefiting from any other scholarship
  • Submit a letter of endorsement from your traditional ruler
  • Provide a signed OML17 HCDT attestation form from approved community reps

What You Need to Apply

Before logging in to apply, gather and scan the following:

  • A passport photograph (white background)
  • Admission letter
  • O’Level result
  • Other academic certificates (if any)
  • Signed OML17 HCDT attestation form
  • NIN (if available)
  • A valid email and phone number
  • A profile signed by your Head of Department

Important: Blurry or incomplete uploads will be instantly rejected. No second chances.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

  1. Visit the OML17 Undergraduate Scholarship Portal
  2. Click Apply Now
  3. Select Register Now and create your account
  4. Check your email and activate your account
  5. Log back to the main site and fill out your personal and academic details
  6. Upload all required documents
  7. Double-check that your names match across every document
    If not, get a name affidavit
  8. Preview your application
  9. Click Apply Now to submit
  10. A confirmation email will be sent to you
  11. Go back to your dashboard, download your profile
  12. Get it signed by your HOD
  13. Scan and upload the signed copy to complete your application
