If you’ve been dreaming of studying at a top-tier state university in Nigeria, this is your moment. Dennis Osadebay University (DOU), Asaba, owned by the Delta State Government, has officially opened its 2025/2026 undergraduate admission for both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates.
Who Can Apply?
- UTME candidates who selected DOU as their first choice and scored 160 or above in JAMB are eligible to apply.
- Didn’t pick DOU initially? No problem. You can change your first choice to DOU on the JAMB portal and still apply.
- Direct Entry (DE) applicants can also apply—whether you originally chose DOU or not.
Admission Requirements
To be considered for admission, candidates must meet the following:
UTME Candidates:
- Minimum of five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or equivalent).
Direct Entry Candidates:
- OND/HND: At least Lower Credit
- NCE: Minimum of Merit
- JUPEB/IJMB: At least 4 points from two subjects
