KENPOLY HND Admission 2025/2026: Everything You Need to Know to Apply Successfully
If you’ve completed your National Diploma (ND) and have at least one year of industrial training experience, Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, popularly known as KENPOLY, has opened its gates for qualified candidates to apply for its full-time Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

KENPOLY HND Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission into any HND programme at KENPOLY, you must:
- Possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field from KENPOLY or another accredited institution.
- Have a minimum of Lower Credit in your ND result.
- Have completed at least one year of industrial training (IT).
- Candidates with a Pass (2.00 – 2.49 GPA) must show at least two years of relevant work experience.
How to Apply for KENPOLY HND Form 2025/2026
Follow these simple steps to complete your application:
Step 1: Make Payment
Visit any Union Bank or FCMB branch nationwide. Pay a total of ₦16,300:
- ₦15,000 (Application Fee)
- ₦1,000 (Portal Access)
- ₦300 (Bank Charges)
At the bank, provide the following:
- UTME Registration Number
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Step 2: Get a Confirmation Number
After payment, you’ll receive a payment receipt with a Confirmation Number.
Step 3: Register Online
Go to the KENPOLY application portal.
- Enter the Confirmation Number
- Create a password
- Log in using your UTME Registration Number
- Complete the online form with your valid phone number and email address
Step 4: Confirmation
You’ll receive an SMS confirmation once your application is successfully submitted.
Step 5: Print Your Form
Print the completed application form and double-check for errors or missing info.
Step 6: Await Notification
If your application is successful, KENPOLY will contact you for the next stage.
Final Step: Submit Required Documents
After submitting your online application, you must send hard copies of the following documents via post:
- Your Industrial Training (IT) Certificate
- Your ND Transcript
