BUK Gives Final Reminder on Course Registration – Deadline is July 28
The management of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has issued a firm reminder to all undergraduate students: registration for the 2024/2025 academic session will officially close on Monday, July 28, 2025. There will be no grace period, no reopening, and no second chances.
If you haven’t registered your courses yet, this is your last call to act.
What You Must Do Before the Deadline
To avoid being locked out of the academic year, every student must:
- Complete online course registration via the BUK portal before July 28, 2025
- Contact your level coordinator before and after registration
- Have your course selections checked and confirmed by your coordinator
Note: If you skip this process or make errors without confirmation, you’ll bear the consequences alone. BUK has made it clear that no complaints will be entertained after the portal closes.
Missed the Deadline?
There are no exceptions this time. If you fail to register by the deadline:
“You’ll have to suspend your studies until the next session,”
— BUK Management
No late entry. No appeals. Once the portal closes, that’s it.
Final Note: Double-Check Everything Now
Before you log off and think you’re done, ask yourself:
- Have you contacted your level coordinator?
- Are your course selections correctly approved?
- Have you completed your online registration on the BUK portal?
If your answer isn’t a confident “Yes,” it’s time to fix it—now.
BUK Is Not Shifting Ground
This is not a drill. Bayero University is enforcing this deadline with zero tolerance for delays. Students are advised to take this seriously and register without excuses.
“Act now—because once July 28 passes, your session passes too.”
