Professor
- Qualification: Ph.D.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in teaching and research at a recognized university
- Publications: At least 20 journal articles in reputable, indexed journals (e.g., Scopus)
Associate Professor
- Qualification: Ph.D.
- Experience: At least 10 years in university-level teaching
- Publications: Minimum of 18 papers in respected academic journals
Senior Lecturer
- Qualification: Ph.D.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years teaching experience
- Publications: At least 15 scholarly works
Lecturer I
- Qualification:
- Ph.D. with 9 publications or
- Master’s degree + 10 publications + proof of Ph.D. in progress
