The Nigerian Navy has officially released the names of successful candidates who passed the Batch 37 recruitment interview.
Interview Dates: 16 February – 16 March 2025
Training Venue: Nigerian Navy Basic Training School, Onne, Rivers State
Training Start Date: Saturday, 26 April 2025

Mandatory Documents for Training
Before stepping foot in the training ground, certain documents are non-negotiable. Without these, you won’t be allowed to begin training:
- Parent/Guardian Consent Form: Download from the Nigerian Navy website
- Must be signed by your parent or guardian
- Must be stamped and endorsed by a court of law
No signed form = No training. Don’t forget it.
Packing Checklist for Training Camp
Wondering what to pack? Here’s your complete checklist to help you stay prepared and avoid last-minute stress:
Official Documents:
- Application form (photocopy)
- NIN print-out slip
- School certificates (original & photocopies)
- BVN print-out slip
- Two passport photographs
Clothing Essentials:
- 2 navy-blue sports shorts
- 2 white round-neck vests
- 2 pairs of white trainers
- 2 pairs of brown trainers
- 2 long-sleeved white shirts
- 2 black trousers
- 2 black ties
- 1 pair of black shoes
- 3 pairs of long white socks
- 2 sets of traditional/native wear
Bedding & Toiletries:
- 2 navy-blue bed sheets & blankets
- 2 white bed sheets
- Mosquito net
- Soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and other toiletries
For Female Candidates Only:
- 5 gym or sports bras
- 5 pairs of black short tights
Utensils:
- 2 sets of spoons, forks, and knives
Tip: Label your items clearly to avoid mix-ups.
Deadline to Report to Camp
All successful candidates must report to the Nigerian Navy Basic Training School, Onne, no later than Saturday, 26 April 2025.
Final Cut-off Date: Monday, 28 April 2025
Anyone who fails to report by this date will be disqualified — no exceptions.
