All students are required to bring both original and photocopied versions of the following documents:

  1. JAMB Admission Letter
  2. BUK Admission Letter
  3. JAMB Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry candidates)
  4. BUK Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry candidates)
  5. JAMB Result Slip (for UTME candidates)
  6. A-Level Statement of Result (for Direct Entry candidates)
  7. O-Level Statement of Result and Online Print (SSCE)
  8. O-Level Result Checker Card (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.)
  9. NECO Result Checking Token (for NECO June/July 2019 candidates)
  10. Primary School Leaving Certificate or Testimonial (Optional)
  11. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
  12. Completed Undertaking Form
  13. Payment Receipt for Acceptance Fees
  14. Certificate of Medical Fitness
  15. Two Recent Passport Photographs
