UNILAG Closes 2024/2025 Admission Process: Candidates Urged to Confirm Offers

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has officially closed its 2024/2025 admission exercise. As a result, no further applications will be accepted for the current session. Candidates who are still awaiting admission decisions must take immediate action to secure their spots.

What You Need to Know:

• Some applicants have been offered admissions to programs different from their initial choices.
• Many of these candidates have not yet accepted their transfer offers.
• Until candidates accept their transfer offers, the Admission Office cannot complete the finalization process on JAMB CAPS.

Deadline Alert:

• Final acceptance date: Friday, January 10, 2025.
• Failure to accept a transfer offer by this date will result in the loss of the admission slot.

How to Accept or Reject Your Admission Offer on JAMB CAPS:

For Transfer Offers:

1. Visit the  JAMB e-Facility portal.
2. Log in using your JAMB credentials.
3. Select “Check Admission Status.”
4. Click on the logo next to “Access My CAPS.”
5. Select “Transfer Approval.”
6. Choose “Accept” or “Reject” based on your preference.
7. If you accept, the new course will be processed as your admission.

For General Admission Offers:

1. Open the JAMB e-Facility portal.
2. Log in with your credentials.
3. Select “Check Admission Status.”
4. Click on the logo next to “Access My CAPS.”
5. Choose “Check Admission Status.”
6. Click “Accept” or “Reject” if an offer is made.

Candidates must act swiftly to ensure their admission is not forfeited.
