If you’re considering a transfer, here’s a simple step-by-step guide to follow:
- Make Your Payment: Pay ₦60,000 via the REMITA platform online.
- Obtain Your Official Receipt: Print the REMITA payment slip and visit the Bursary (Investment Department) to convert it into an official UNIBEN receipt.
- Download the Application Form: Go to the UNIBEN website and download the transfer application form.
- Prepare Required Documents:
- Your original UNIBEN payment receipt.
- A photocopy of your O’ Level Certificate or Statement of Results.
- A recent passport photograph with a red background.
- Submit Your Application: Once your form is completed, submit it to the Exams and Records Division:
- Ugbowo Campus: Room 25
- Ekenhuan Campus: Former Staff Club Building

- Non-Refundable Payments: Please ensure you make all inquiries before making your payment, as the transfer fee is non-refundable.
