How to Apply for the UNIBEN Transfer

If you’re considering a transfer, here’s a simple step-by-step guide to follow:

  1. Make Your Payment: Pay ₦60,000 via the REMITA platform online.
  2. Obtain Your Official Receipt: Print the REMITA payment slip and visit the Bursary (Investment Department) to convert it into an official UNIBEN receipt.
  3. Download the Application Form: Go to the UNIBEN website and download the transfer application form.
  4. Prepare Required Documents:
  • Your original UNIBEN payment receipt.
  • A photocopy of your O’ Level Certificate or Statement of Results.
  • A recent passport photograph with a red background.
  1. Submit Your Application: Once your form is completed, submit it to the Exams and Records Division:
  • Ugbowo Campus: Room 25
  • Ekenhuan Campus: Former Staff Club Building
