Federal University Dutse (FUD) 2024/2025 Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening: Everything You Need to Know

The Federal University Dutse (FUD) has officially opened its Post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening process for the 2024/2025 academic session. Candidates who wish to gain admission into FUD’s undergraduate programmes are now invited to apply for the online screening, which will determine eligibility for admission into the university.

Online Screening Now Open: Apply Before November 30!

FUD’s 2024/2025 online Post UTME and Direct Entry screening for all programmes begins on September 16, 2024, and will close on November 30, 2024. Interested candidates are encouraged to complete the screening process before the deadline to ensure their place in the admission process.

Who is Eligible?

To participate in the online screening, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. For UTME Candidates:
  • Choose Federal University Dutse (FUD) as your first choice of institution.
  • Score 150 or above in the 2024 UTME exam.
  • Have at least five O’Level credits (including English and Mathematics) in no more than two sittings.
  1. For Direct Entry Candidates:
  • Candidates must have completed either IJMB, NCE, or an ND program with a minimum of 7 points or a Lower Credit.

Note: All candidates must complete the online screening to be considered for admission into FUD.

How to Apply for the FUD Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening

Follow these steps to apply for the screening:

  1. Visit the FUD Post UTME Portal: Go to FUD Post UTME/DE Portal.
  2. Login: Use your UTME/DE registration number and state of origin as your login password.
  3. Update Personal Details: Fill in your date of birth, email, phone number, and state of origin.
  4. Generate Payment Invoice: After logging in, generate an invoice with the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
  5. Make Payment: Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee online or at any commercial bank using the RRR.
  6. Upload Documents: Upload your O’Level (WAEC/NECO) results and any A’Level results (if applicable). Also, upload a recent passport photograph.
  7. Print Acknowledgment Slip: After completing the registration, print your Acknowledgment Slip as proof of your application.

Important Reminders:

  • No Extension: The online screening ends on November 30, 2024, with no extension. Be sure to complete your registration before the deadline.
  • Documents Required: Make sure to print your Remita Payment Receipt, Acknowledgment Slip, and UTME Notification of Results.
  • JAMB Upload: Don’t forget to upload your O’Level results to the JAMB portal.
