SLU Releases Admission List for 2024/2025 Academic Session: How to Check Your Status
Sule Lamido University (SLU) has officially announced the release of the admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session. Candidates who participated in the UTME and Direct Entry (DE) examinations can now check their admission status for various first-degree programs at the university.
How to Check Your SLU Admission Status
If you applied for admission to SLU, follow these simple steps to check if you’ve been admitted:
- Visit the JAMB E-Facility Portal: Go to the JAMB EFacility Portal to begin.
- Login: Use your username and password to log into your JAMB account.
- Select “Check Admission Status”: Once logged in, scroll down and click on the Check Admission Status option.
- Enter Your Details: Select the appropriate exam year and input your JAMB registration number.
- Check Your Admission: Click on Check Admission Status or Access My CAPS for a detailed view of your admission status.
Once you follow these steps, your admission status will appear on the screen, confirming whether you’ve been admitted to Sule Lamido University.
Important Dates for Admitted Candidates
Admitted students are required to collect their original admission letters and begin the registration process starting Monday, November 18, 2024. This registration period will end on Friday, December 2, 2024.

Important Steps for New Students
- Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS: Log into your JAMB CAPS portal, accept your admission offer, and print out your JAMB Admission Letter.
- Payment of Acceptance Fee: All admitted candidates are required to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of N2,000 via the SLU acceptance fee portal.
Required Documents for Registration
When coming to collect your admission letter and begin the registration process, be sure to bring the following documents:
- Original academic credentials (including your O’level certificates)
- Two passport-sized photographs
- JAMB Admission Letter
- Original JAMB result slip
