- 2024 JAMB Direct Entry (DE) Slip
- SSCE results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.)
- Primary School Certificate
- NCE/Diploma/IJMB Certificate or Statement of Result
- Printout of the online application form
- Evidence of payment for the Educational Institution Development Fund (₦5,000) and screening fee (₦2,000) made at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank
- Proof of uploading A’level and O’level results on JAMB CAPS
- Indigene Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Reference letter (stamped or on letterhead) from recognized individuals
- Any other relevant documents

- Log in and update your profile.
- Generate payment for the Educational Institution Development Fund and credential screening.
- Print the invoice and make your payment at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank.
- Complete and print your online application form.
