FUEZ Zaria Starts Undergraduate Screening for 2025/2026 Session
The Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUEZ) has officially announced the start of the screening and documentation exercise for all newly admitted undergraduates for the 2025/2026 academic session. The exercise is set to begin on Monday, 19 January 2026, at the Academic Office of the University.
This step is mandatory for all new students. FUEZ emphasized that paperwork comes first before lectures, and students must present fully prepared documents to avoid delays.

Who Should Attend
The exercise is compulsory for all newly admitted undergraduate students in the 2025/2026 session. The main focus is on document verification and record confirmation.

Students must present originals and photocopies of all necessary documents as outlined below:
1. JAMB Documents (for UTME & DE students)
- JAMB Slip and Result Slip
- JAMB Admission Letter
2. University Admission Letters
- FUEZ Admission Letter
3. O’Level and Entry Qualifications
- UTME Students: O’Level Certificate, Statement of Result, or Internet Printout
- Direct Entry Students: O’Level and NCE Certificates
4. Personal and Local Identification
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Indigenisation
- Letter of Good Conduct from a reputable person
5. Screening and Payment Evidence
- Copy of Screening Form
- Evidence of Registration Fee Payment
- Registration Number printout from the University portal
- Scratch Card for O’Level verification
6. Passport Photographs
- Six (6) recent passport-sized photos
