Nile University to Matriculate Fresh Students January 26 in Two Sessions
The management of Nile University of Nigeria has confirmed plans to officially welcome its new intakes with the 17th Matriculation Ceremony scheduled for Monday, 26 January 2026.
According to an official notice from the university, the ceremony will take place at the Convocation Ground, Nile University of Nigeria, and will be conducted in two separate sessions. Newly admitted students are advised to attend only the session assigned to their college or faculty.

Matriculation Schedule by Faculties
Session 1 – 10:00 a.m.
This session is for newly admitted students in the following colleges and faculties:
- College of Health Sciences
- Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
- Faculty of Environmental Sciences
- Faculty of Law
- Faculty of Management Sciences
Session 2 – 2:00 p.m.
The second session is scheduled for students in:
- Faculty of Computing Studies
- Faculty of Engineering
- Faculty of Science
Students are strongly advised to confirm their faculty and attend the correct session, as attendance is compulsory.
Vice-Chancellor Invites Parents and Guardians
In the official announcement, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dilli Dogo, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, Executive Management, Governing Council, Senate, Congregation, and the entire university community, formally invited parents, guardians, and members of the public to witness the ceremony.
