How New Students Should Pay: Step-By-Step Guide

The management advises newly admitted students who have completed their acceptance fee payment to follow the steps below:

  1. Pay tuition and accommodation separately via the Akwa Ibom State Government Internally Generated Revenue platform (AKSIGR), using two different tellers.
  2. Meet the Home Sister on campus for space clearance before paying for accommodation to avoid invalid payments.
  3. Choose a payment format: fees may be paid once or per semester, depending on the student’s financial plan.
  4. Pay other charges through the College’s dedicated fee portal.
  5. The payment portal opens from December 1–15, 2025.
  6. After the deadline, a ₦20,000 late registration fee applies.
  7. Students needing assistance should visit the Accounts Unit for guidance.

Revised Fees for Returning Students: What Has Changed?

The management has approved a fee review for the new session. One major adjustment is the merging of the examination fee into the main school fees, meaning returning students will no longer pay a separate fee during exam periods.

The update also introduces custom answer booklets for all examinations—officially phasing out the use of foolscap sheets. According to the college, this move enhances uniformity, improves exam conduct, and strengthens record-keeping.

Fee payment options remain flexible, allowing students to pay at once or by semester. The payment portal will run from December 1–15, 2025, after which a ₦20,000 late charge will apply.

Returning students previously asked to pause payment are now advised to proceed using the latest guideline and seek clarification from the Accounts Unit when necessary.
