Who Can Apply?

  1. Visit gifted.neco.gov.ng.
  2. Create an account using a valid phone number and email
  3. Check your email to activate your account
  4. Pay the ₦5,940 fee using any of these secure options:
  • Debit/credit card
  • Bank branch
  • USSD
  • Internet banking
  • Wallet or eNaira
  1. Fill in the pupil’s details and upload a passport photo
  2. Print the photocard for exam day

Inside the Exam Format

The Gifted Exam is made up of two major papers, each with two sections:

Paper I

  • Part A: Mathematics + Basic Science & Technology
  • Part B: English Studies + National Values Education

Paper II

  • Part A: Quantitative Reasoning + Vocational Aptitude
  • Part B: Verbal Aptitude
