The Lord spoke to Moses again, put your hand inside your robe, he did and when he took his hand out, it was diseased, aid he said put it back again, he did so, and when he he took it out, it was healthy. The Lord said, if they will not believe you by the firs miracle or "if in spite of these two miracles they still will not believe you, then take some water from the Nile and pour it OR the ground. The water will turn into blood". Exodus 4:1-17.
