Explanation

Mitochondrion is a power house for the oxidation of glucose to release energy during respiration. Lysosomes are tiny organelles found in living cells which release enzymes that destroy dead and worn out cells and other organelles. Golgi apparatus or bodies are also organelles that help in distributing proteins (enzymes and hormones) synthesized by ribosomes. Theyalso manufacture or bud off lysosomes. They also produce cellulose in plantcells and membrances of the endoplasmic reticulum. Endoplasmic reticulum bears ribosomes, build up nuclear membrane in newly formed cells and inter connects the organelles found in the cell. Centrioles are small dark, cyiindrical bodies found close to the nucleus of mainly animal cells. They are responsible for the formation of spindles on which the chromosomes are arranged during cell division.
