Eukaryotes are organisms that have definite or true nuclei and cell organelles as against prokaryotes which have no definite nucleus and cell organelles. The nucleus is represented only by DMA borne on a chromosome. Some fungi eg Rhizopus, mucor etc reproduce asexually by spore formation .These spores are located in asexual r e p r o du c t i v e body called sporangium borne' at the tip of vertical hypha.
