Two paramecia lie side byside and fuse through their oral grooves: The mega nucleus labelled II disappears ineach- organism. the micronucleus in each pararnecium divides into two. One part called migratory nucleus migrates into the opposite paramecium or conjugal and fuses with the other half called stationary nucleus. there after the conjugants separate each ex-conjugant under goes binary fission twice to produce four paramecia. the part labelled is the food vacuole.
