Yaba College of Technology Announces 2025/2026 HND Admission Exercise
Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Nigeria’s premier tertiary institution of technology, has officially opened its portal for applications into full-time Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The College is inviting qualified candidates who hold at least a National Diploma (ND) Lower Credit from NBTE-accredited programmes to submit applications within the approved timeline. Applicants are required to follow the outlined procedures carefully and provide all supporting documents before the deadline, as late submissions will not be processed.

Entry Requirements for HND and Professional Diploma Applicants
To qualify for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:
For HND Programmes
- SSCE and JAMB Requirements: Applicants must meet O’level and JAMB subject combinations relevant to their ND course as stated in the current JAMB Brochure.
- ND Result: A National Diploma with at least Lower Credit in a related field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of one (1) year relevant post-ND industrial experience.
- For Bilingual Office Technology & Management: Applicants are required to contact the department for mandatory French classes.
For the Professional Diploma (Urban & Regional Planning)
Applicants must possess:
- An HND with at least Lower Credit in Urban and Regional Planning or related disciplines such as Architecture or Estate Management.
How to Apply for YABATECH 2025/2026 Full-Time HND Admission
The application fee for the HND programme is ₦22,500 (exclusive of verification and transaction charges). Payments can be made online or through designated banks—cash payments at College offices are strictly prohibited.

- Upload all required documents as instructed.
Applicants must ensure that transcripts from their ND institutions are sent directly to the Registrar, YABATECH, within six weeks of the announcement.
