UNN Releases Supplementary Admission Lists for 2024/2025: What You Need to Know
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has just published the Supplementary Admission Lists for the 2024/2025 academic session. This includes Lists I, II, and III, which feature the names of candidates who have been offered admission into the university’s first-degree programs through the UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination).
How to Check the Admission Lists and Next Steps

1. Check the Admission Lists:
UNN has released three supplementary lists:
- UNN Supplementary Admission List I
- UNN Supplementary Admission List II
- UNN Supplementary Admission List III
Other Important Admission Lists:
- UNN UTME Admission List
- UNN Direct Entry Admission List
- UNN Shopping / Advert Admission List
- UNN Foreign Candidates, Visually Impaired, and Other Handicapped Candidates Admission List
2. Follow the Admission Process:
Congratulations if you’ve found your name! To confirm your admission, follow these essential steps:
Step 1: Upload O’Level Results
- Go to a JAMB-approved CBT center to upload your O’Level results.
- You’ll need to submit proof of this upload to the UNN Admissions Office before proceeding.
Step 2: Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS
- Log into your JAMB CAPS account and accept the admission offer.
- If you don’t accept, you won’t receive a JAMB admission letter.
Step 3: Generate Payment Invoice
- Visit the UNN Portal and log in using your JAMB registration details.
- Generate a payment invoice with a Remita number.
- Pay the acceptance fee at any commercial bank or UNN Microfinance Bank.
Step 4: Pay the Acceptance Fee
- The acceptance fee is N30,000.
- Use your invoice number when making the payment and collect a confirmation slip with your payment details.
Step 5: Print Admission Slip & Complete Acceptance Form
- Log into the UNN Portal again with your JAMB registration details.
- Enter your invoice and confirmation numbers to print your admission slip and complete the acceptance form.
Step 6: Proceed with Other Fees & Registration
- Follow the UNN website’s instructions for paying additional fees and registering for courses.
3. Important Information to Remember
- Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional. If you don’t meet the required qualifications, your admission will be withdrawn.
- Deadlines: You must accept your offer before the deadline or risk losing the opportunity.
Here are the deadlines for acceptance:
- Supplementary List I: Friday, 7th February 2025
- Supplementary List II: Monday, 10th March 2025
- Supplementary List III: Friday, 21st March 2025
Failure to accept by these dates means forfeiting your admission.
