Basic Requirements for Academic Roles:
- Professor – Ph.D./fellowship in relevant field, 10 years of teaching and research, publications, and leadership skills.
- Reader – Similar to professor but requires 8 years of experience.
- Senior Lecturer – Requires 6 years of teaching/research experience with publications.
- Lecturer I – Ph.D. or MB;BS with postgraduate fellowship (for health sciences) plus 3 years’ post-doctoral experience.
- Lecturer II – Ph.D. or MB;BS in relevant discipline.
- Assistant Lecturer / Librarian – Master’s degree in related field.
- Graduate Assistant – Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Upper Division.
All academic applicants must be computer literate.
