UI-Affiliated FCE Oyo Opens 2025/2026 Degree Admission Portal — Here’s Everything You Need to Know

The Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, in affiliation with the University of Ibadan (UI), has officially begun its 2025/2026 admission screening for undergraduate degree programmes.
If you scored 200 and above in your UTME or you’re a Direct Entry candidate with the required qualifications, this is your chance to apply to one of Nigeria’s top institutions specializing in teacher education.

All courses are NUC-approved and designed to produce qualified education professionals. Programmes offered include:

- Education/English
- Education/French
- Education/Islamic Studies

- Educational Management
- Guidance and Counselling
- Human Kinetics
- Primary Education Studies
- Special Education
Note: Courses marked with a slash (/) are combined minor teaching subjects.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
You can apply if:
- You chose FCE (Special), Oyo as your first choice and scored 200 or above in the 2025 UTME.
- You scored 200+ in UTME but did not choose the College initially — just do a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal.
- You are a Direct Entry candidate with a valid NCE certificate or equivalent qualifications.
How to Apply
All applications must be done official portal. The deadline for submission is 30th December 2025. Don’t wait until the last minute.
Step-by-Step Application Guide:
- Visit the portal: ui.fcesoyo.edu.ng
- Pay a ₦2,000 screening fee via Paystack.
- Fill out the form using CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Upload your WAEC/NECO results.
- Direct Entry candidates must upload their NCE results.
- Use a valid email address and phone number.
- Click on FINAL SUBMISSION and print your application slip.
Note: You can’t edit your application after submission. Review all entries carefully before hitting submit.
Important Reminders
- Screening date and further instructions will be sent via email or SMS.
- Paying the ₦2,000 fee does not guarantee admission.
- Direct Entry candidates must submit two copies of their credentials and application form physically to the Directorate of Degree Programmes.
- All uploaded credentials must be genuine. Fake documents lead to disqualification and potential legal consequences.
- You must provide a WAEC/NECO scratch card for result verification.
