For the Two-Year Programme
Candidates applying for the 2-year track must meet at least one of the following:
- Hold a Diploma in Community Health with two or more years of post-qualification experience
- Hold a Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW) Certificate with five years of work experience
- Be registered with CHPRBN and possess a valid practising licence
For the One-Year Programme
This is for more advanced candidates who meet all of the following:
- Be a qualified Community Health Extension Worker
- Possess a first degree in Community Health Science, Health Education, or Public Health — or an HND in Community Health
- Hold a valid practising licence
How to Apply Online: Step-by-Step
All applications must be completed online through the UCH Schools Portal. Follow these steps:
- Visit the official UCH Schools Portal
- Click on “Remita Payment”
- Pay ₦20,000 for the application form via REMITA
- Sign up on the portal using your RRR, email, and password used during payment
- Log in to continue your application
- Download and carefully read the Applicants’ User Guide
- Complete the application form online
- Print two copies each of your application form and photocard
- Bring all printed documents to the exam centre on the test day
Prepare for the Exam and Stay Updated
The exam date will be sent to you via email and announced through UCH’s official channels.
