Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a female citizen of one of the eligible countries listed below.
  • Apply for a designated master’s program starting in the autumn semester of 2025.
  • Not currently enrolled in a master’s program at any Swedish university.
  • Have no previous scholarship or degree from the Swedish Institute (SI).
  • Have lived in Sweden for less than two years before applying.

(Note: If you hold dual citizenship, please select only one eligible country.)

How to Apply

The application process is straightforward:

  1. Apply for a Master’s Program: First, apply to a Swedish university for your desired master’s program through  University Admissions.
  2. Automatic Consideration: Once you submit your application and meet the eligibility criteria, you will automatically be considered for the SI Scholarship.
