Osun Polytechnic Sets Final Deadline for Acceptance Fee Payment
Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has issued a final reminder to newly admitted National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students to pay their acceptance fee before Friday, 19 December 2025.
The notice comes after a review revealed that many students have yet to complete this critical first step in the admission process.
A memo dated 3 December 2025, signed by the Registrar, Abiodun O. Oloyede, noted that the initial notice shared on 31 October 2025 still left several students with pending payments. The update clarifies the deadline and outlines the consequences of non-payment.
No Extension on Deadline
The management emphasized that the deadline remains unchanged. Any ND or HND student who fails to pay by 19 December 2025 risks losing their provisional admission. Once the date passes, vacant slots will be offered to candidates on the waiting list.
Registrar’s Guidance
Registrar Oloyede urged all newly admitted students to act promptly. Payment of the acceptance fee not only secures a student’s place but also allows the institution to prepare official records for the upcoming session.
Students are encouraged to complete the payment immediately to avoid losing their admission
