OOU Extends Post-UTME 2025 Registration Deadline — New Exam Dates Announced
If you’ve been worried about missing the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Post-UTME registration, here’s some good news: the university management has officially extended the application deadline.
Originally scheduled to close on Sunday, August 3, 2025, the registration will now end on Sunday, August 17, 2025. This extension also comes with a change in the screening examination dates.
The Post-UTME exams, which were previously fixed for August 12–15, 2025, will now hold from Tuesday, September 2 to Friday, September 5, 2025 at the OOU main campus in Ago-Iwoye.
Important Instructions for Applicants
The university has issued strict guidelines to ensure smooth participation:
- O’Level Result Upload: All applicants must upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS at an accredited CBT centre before Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
- Exam Pass Printing: Only candidates who have uploaded their results will be able to complete registration and print their Exam Pass.
- Non-Compliance Warning: If you fail to upload your O’Level results, you will not be allowed to sit for the Post-UTME and will not be considered for admission.
- Direct Entry Candidates: Those who upgraded from UTME to Direct Entry must register for Post-UTME using their new registration number ending with “1” to avoid result mix-up.
