NYSC Opens Portal for 2025 Batch ‘C’ Call-Up Letters: Orientation Set to Begin November 19
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially activated its portal for the printing of call-up letters for 2025 Batch ‘C’ Prospective Corps Members (PCMs). This key document shows each PCM’s State of Deployment, Orientation Camp address, Officer-in-Charge, and reporting date.
The 2025 Batch ‘C’ orientation exercise is scheduled to commence on November 19, 2025, and all PCMs are strongly advised to print or re-print their call-up letters before proceeding to the camps.
How to Print Your NYSC Call-Up Letter
- Visit the official NYSC portal at http://portal.nysc.org.ng.
- Click on the “Login Here” icon: Login Link
- Enter your registered email and password to access your profile.
- Click the “Print Call-Up Letter” link to download and print your document.
Note: PCMs who did not make payment during online registration should collect their call-up letters from their respective institutions of graduation.
Important Guidelines for Prospective Corps Members
- Health Advisory: Batch ‘C’ PCMs are encouraged to receive immunization against cerebrospinal meningitis before reporting to camp.
- Transport: PCMs are not allowed to bring vehicles, motorcycles, or bicycles into orientation camps.
- Camp Documents:
- Nigerian graduates: Bring Degree/HND Certificates or Statement of Results and a valid institutional ID card.
- Foreign graduates: Ensure all credentials and travel documents are verified; any academic papers in non-English languages must be translated.
- Health-related professionals: Medical, dental, pharmacy, optometry, physiotherapy, nursing, and environmental health graduates must bring professional licenses or full registration certificates.
Legal Reminder
PCMs who fail to report for service or attempt to participate without eligibility risk prosecution under the NYSC Act, Cap. N84, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. This includes:
- Refusal or failure to report as directed in the call-up letter.
- Participation by individuals not eligible or already issued Certificate of National Service or Exemption.
